Yes. Everythings going great. Training session today was great, I hit the f0cking light!!!!

Works busy but it was much better on Friday. English Champs next week and I'm going to smash it. I'm fit and healthy and won't have to cut much weight to make 85kg 😀.

It's all good.

I'm pretty happy, I'll be happier after tommorow. 8 days is a lot, but I need the money for Heat bills. If I didn't have HEAT bills I'd be ecstatic.
 
I'm pretty happy. Got a few more days left here in Houston (down here for work), so I've been enjoying that. I'm a happy person 90% of the time anyway.
 
Giddy like a little school girl, in the military and have been stuck in Kansas for 3 yrs, just got orders for South Korea this week. Kansas aint bad if you have a family but not so much if your single, Korea here I come 😀
