So, any news on ripping those new copyprotected CDs??

Nothing I've seen but there's always using a home audo CD player (analog out) -> (soundcard in) which will defeat any of their stupid schemes.

I buy my CDs and don't bother with Kazaa, etc. but if those record company scum succeed in wide use of copy protected CDs I'll re-think that position. If I'm paying $14 for a CD they'd better let me rip tracks for my 100% legal MP3 jukebox PC and flash player. I'd even be tempted to do some analog ripping myself to "fight the power" :|
