I find that kind of low but even if it is true, that is only because these guys are getting paid like a dollar an hour. If they get paid 5x as much, then the labor cost would be substancially more than 10%.
 
I'm Hispanic... but I'm Citizen so umm no no strike.

I do hope they find some resolution to this whole immigration problem. The U.S. obviously needs all this extra workers, but they should pay some tax. Some type of workers permit.

Pick up the latest TIME magazine, it explains all the issues and it has the numbers about the positives and negatives. Don't speculate.
