graduate school or a film school. I was thinking a film school would be great because it would give me the precise skills I need for the field I want to go into but grad school would also be good because I would have better choices for employment incase I can't get into film or television. I realize I can get only opinions but I thought I would ask anyway.

What about a film school with a graduate program? I know my film program has a couple graduates, and those bastards get all the special privelages.

I don't have an answer for you but might I ask what you want to do in the film / TV business? Just curious since I am heading there aswell but on a engineering level.

Hehe, I started out with Computer Science but I switched to English. I want to be the creator of the movies/show. I want to write/produce/direct, whatever I can do.

Very, very tough business to get into. It's more who you know than what experience you have.

I would go to grad school at a University that also has a film school; that way, you can still increase your network base in the television/film business and mooch off of the film school.
