So about Rudy Giuliani as Secretary of State

Rudy is a batshit crazy hypocrite, so no surprise he's appealing to a certain group.

I'm loving all the talk from the right about 'give him a chance,' 'come together and support the new president.' Yeah, right - just like the GOP did for Obama on Day 1? There seems to be no end to the lack of self-awareness in the GOP.
 
Well, I see my post drew quite a bit of commentary. Here are some bullet points:
  • I fully agree that there are extreme partisans on both sides that will hate the other side no matter what they do. For the record, I do not hold that view as I have never supported Trump and have criticized the republican establishment. Search my posts if you don't believe me.
  • My comment was particularly aimed at the partisans on the left. I fully understand that there indeed may be those on here who might actually give Trump credit if he did something that the liked / agreed with.
  • I do understand that many on the left are taking the sting of defeat very hard.
  • All the above being said, there's plenty of hypocrisy to go around and right now, that hypocrisy is being shown by many on the left. The talk of how open-minded and tolerant the left is rings very hollow right now. Colleges giving little snowflakes cry-ins, canceled tests, safe spaces so that they don't have to hear words that may upset them, people hired to protest that didn't even vote, dismissing all Trump voters as subhuman / inbred / uneducated / bigots, and trying to find out who the electors are so that they can be pressured into changing their vote to Clinton. (The last being an allegation that I've not seen direct proof, so the jury's still out on that one).
That's all I feel like typing right now.

If you were capable of discerning what substantive writing looks like, you might've noticed that the only sort as of late has been libtards discussing their disagreements over underlying causes of recent events. The fact you had to be informed of this and will dismissing it as libtard thinking anyway reveals a lot about where you come from.
 
Interesting.

Giuliani is the guy who has constantly exploited 9/11 ever since the attacks. He has used it to spread fear and hate. Now, the Presidential candidate who ran on fear on hate might consider Giuliani for some post. It does make sense.
