Well, this is my actual PC:
i5-3330 @3ghz
HD 5850 Xtreme
8GBs DDR3
Gigabyte z77-dsh3
Cooler Masters e600

A few days ago a friend offered me a 550 for 50$ (50€) but some people told me that change was kinda bad so I didnt.

Now another friend is offering me a MSI 570 (hes about to change the termal grease) for 50$... Also, this friend is offering me a 650ti for 50€ + my actual card, what should I take? 570 seems pretty nice but I don't know...

Seems kind of a side-grade for $50. Cough up extra $50, look on ebay for r270/265, nvidia 750ti or something that is not 5 yr old. Also, if that 650ti is non-boost version, it is pretty weak.

could take the 570 for $50, sell the 5850 for $30.

Or leave it as is, upgrade to a real gpu sometime in the future. Minimum requirements are already on 570 level for some titles, have to lower settings to xbox one levels to be playable. Looks rough man

The 570 is an ok deal. But it's only a 40 - 50% faster card, so not a huge upgrade.

My general rule is no not upgrade unless you can effectively double your speed. These aren't bad deals, but the upgrade is not that much. If you have $70 to spend now, maybe you'll have $100 in a month or so. I bought my R9 270X used for about $100 - much faster than any of your current options.

the 570 is faster, and the drivers support is way way better, so it might be worth it,

5850 is included on the latest driver package from AMD but it hardly gets to much attention, while the 570 gets some level of DX12 support and it got a lot of new features like DSR, adaptive vsync and so on...
