That's retarded btw, jet black hair looks good with lots of colors, dying it bleached the fuck blonde doesn't make sense. Actually this mostly applies to short hair on guys. Girl's hair needs to complement the skin tone first and foremost, then it needs to have volume and not be split into a million little strands. Then it needs to smell nice.

Idk you were the one who mentioned the blonde 15yo...

I'd have described her as a prepubescent, slightly warm bodied individual of the arian nature to throw off the scent of all the strange kiddies that make up atot.
 
Last time a cop showed up at my door... he hung out with us and even sat down for some hot-seat LAN gaming action (only for a couple min). His patrol car was even parked outside. 😀
