So a ATI A-I-W 8500 128MB 275/275MHz only for Compaq?

What's your opinion on this news? I think if it's only available for the Compaq Presarion 6000 or 8000 system, it's bad news. Only difference is the lack of DV (firewire) ports. Seems ATI announced it yesterday at Cebit. You can find more news (as in press release) at Rage3d.com.
But then again Compaq already has the option on it's webpage and they're charging $337 ADDITIONAL for it!
