Insane...Where exactly is Blacksburg? Out west near Lynchburg or closer to NOVA?

I'm in Williamsburg...it's cold here but not THAT cold. 😀
 
It is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay out in the woods 😀 Here in Arlington it is 27*F with 30MPH - 50 MPH winds..... had power out for 4 hours... and our power lines are all underground! 😱

I used to go to Virginia Tech...
You think it's cold there? Fricking blizzard type weather here in NW Ohio. Brrrrr. I am staying in my warm office until it gets warmer.
