Insane...Where exactly is Blacksburg? Out west near Lynchburg or closer to NOVA?

I'm in Williamsburg...it's cold here but not THAT cold.

It is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay out in the woods Here in Arlington it is 27*F with 30MPH - 50 MPH winds..... had power out for 4 hours... and our power lines are all underground!

You think it's cold there? Fricking blizzard type weather here in NW Ohio. Brrrrr. I am staying in my warm office until it gets warmer.
