Well, there is your problem, not the snowboarders or the jump. You are lucky you didn't land on someone and hurt them too. Skiing too fast is reckless and dangerous. If you are skiing so fast that you cannot stop or appropriately change direction you are skiing out of control and breaking your responsibility code.
I am afraid you are 100% responsible for your accident, not the boarders or the jump.
