Does seeing "Snow" (White spekles all over blinking on and off) tell me that my non-overclocked video card is going to hell? It does this right away, so no overheating problem I dont believe. I have 6800GT AGP

Likely. The only way to make sure it's not overheating is to check the temps. Use RivaTuner and run it in the background and make sure that they don't get above 90C.

Other than that it could be a low power issue, but I'm betting temps are the culprit. The card will heat up really fast under 3D stress, especially if the fan is dead or the heat sink has dislodged itself somehow.

Probably. Unless its DoD:S. They added that feature while I was on hiatus from the game, had me pretty confused at first. :p

That's either overclocking or a defective card - that's often seen by people who try to unlock pipes but have one failed. 7/8 or 15/16 pixels get rendered, one blows up.
