SNL to drop Sanz & Parnell & Finesse Mitchell

SNL was always best 10 years ago

thank god Horatio Sanz is gone... he was embarrassing to watch. I had to fast foward through every skit he was in because I felt so bad for him.

I never really understood Finesse Mitchell's appeal either.

Parnell? meh. Chronicles of Narnia was insanely funny, but nothing else he did came close to matching that.

In fact, I think he did it on purpose since that was the only way he could get the audience to laugh.

Is there like an 8 year limit to SNL cast members?

It seems like it because almost everybody last exactly that long and none last longer.

After they get famous on SNL, they just leave to do movies and then they just drop out of the spot light.

Sanz is getting a bad wrap here. He's far from the best, but he's far from the worst as well.

SNL has been rather weak for many years now, but it's been in that position before and will likely bounce back again.
