Snipping tool for XP?

Just wondering if there is anything like the snipping tool in Vista/Tablet PC for XP.

Yeah I know there's the print screen method for taking screenshots but the snipping tool is so much more convenient.
 
Nothing I am aware of. However I know if you press Alt+PrtScn it will only take the snapshot of your current open window. Maybe that can help but probably not.
