Is it bad if I sneeze blood or when I blow my nose, there is blood?

Generally it's not a whole lot, not like nose bleed type bleeding, sometimes just a few specks. there's almost always some blood though.
 
That's just the worms burrowing into your brain, nothing to be concerned about.

For a serious answer, its probably that the inside of your nose gets dry and if you sneeze violently that if there was anything hardened in there it might have pulled up a little skin or something.
 
ever since we moved all 3 of us have had bloody noses. running a large room humidifier all day in the living room and separate small room humidifiers in our bedrooms have helped a ton
 
Means you probably have sinus infection. Take sudaphedrine and / or use saline mist, then blow nose.
