825 is the weirdest SoC ever, doesn't seem likely to me. I question in what way it would be better than the 820 beside the process. What are the workflows on Android that would require that kind of single thread performance if is even realistically achievable without being a completely inefficient mess (or a marketing stunt)?

3.6GHz for 825 seems extremely, extremely unlikely especially on a low power/mobile process.

I don't have a lot of confidence in this "leak" especially with Qualcomm having gone on record saying that in the premium tier more than 4 cores doesn't make sense.
