I heard they are great, just watchout for layout problems. The AGP slot and HDD connector are close apperently. Other than that I haven't heard anything really negative.

Let us know how it works. I am building another system soon and am considering this board.

Which one did you get? The SL75DRV2 or SL-75DRV4? The 4 was released with a purple PCB, and future 2's are also suppose to be purple (according to Soltek's site).

its only the SL75DRV2, but the only difference i saw with the SL75DRV4 was the ata 133.

The board is small , and cannot accomodate large CPU heatsinks. The AGP and HD IDE connectors are close together and you have to take a little more time routing your cables especially with ATA100 cables because they are so stiff, and the AGP does'nt have a lock on it.
Currently, the on-board health monitor sucks, but that is only because of the company that provides the programme. The current programme does'nt read fan speeds below 4000rpm, so most case/power supply fans will not report rpm because they don't turn fast enough. Some CPU fan's as well might cause problems because though they run above 4000rpm, they might spool up to speed to slow and if your using the auto-shutdown feature in bios for fan speed failure, your comp might start, then shut down before the fan reaches speeds above 4000rpm.

Other than that, it's fast and so far stable. Though I would'nt use the RedStorm overclocking, which is an auto overclocker, the 1MHz speed steps are great.

None of the SL-75DRVx boards have Raid. The 4 board has UATA-133 while the 2 board has UATA-100.

This is legacy info regarding the memory slots and I don't mean to scare you or any one. But there was an indication of some weak traces on the original DRV and early DRV2. I went thru an rma because of it, of course it may be all clear now but still sound advice. This is just because I've had a soltek board for a long time now and notice when people post about them. So it is all conjecture, and I love the boards but rma sucks so I spoke up.

I have the purple 2 and it's been stable so far. The board could've been a little larger though. They really made it compact.
