Is this supposed to be the heatsink and the chassis though? because at Newegg they sell just the chassis, no CNPS9700 is included...

Same deal with Xoxide, no HSF/case bundle available. The heatsink being mentioned at all in the description is what leads me to believe it's just a listing error. If I had $ to piss around I'd bite, but I don't wanna end up with an $80 heatsink and have to bother with return shipping and waiting for a refund.

They say estimated ship date for this item is July 2, 2007-July 16, 2007. They will charge you then cancel next month while keeping your money.

I'm sure somebody will feel the need to tell them about their mistake, which is what I'm almost certain this is. If this thing was shipping immediately you might have a chance, but I doubt they'll fail to catch the error with the timeframe they're quoting.

That's why you use a credit card. If they ship me the heatsink fan without chasis, it's cc dispute time.

Anyone know if you can get rid of the "laser etched" decals easily? Take all the markings off and it's one hell of a case.
