Anyone find out how to fix this problem? Everytime you shut your computer off the ethernet drivers disapear and i thought the only way to fix it is to reinstall it but i found out from other user on this forum that restarting computer will fix it too.
But who wants to restart their ecomputer everytime you use it after you shut it off?
So im wondering if anyone solved this problem yet becuase its making me CRAZY.

Go to shuttle.com and go to the support section to find BIOS updates for your pc.
Download the Windows utility and the BIOS file.
Now you can update the BIOS using the Windows utility...pretty easy to use.

thanks so much for the help

I did it and it WORKS!!! Thanks so much Termite!

RaNDoMMAI get going man this is what we were looking for

RaNDoMMAI is it just mine or does it take like 10-15 sec to load the first page when u open explorer?
Only happend after i did this bios change. Everytime only on the first webpage i wanna open when i open up explorer it takes like 15 sec then it appears. Everyother site i visit afterwards goes fast. So wierd and again pissing me off.

Congratulations on fixing this issue through a BIOS update.

I've seen the problem you described under 1 other scenario... when you overclock and you leave the HT set to 5X. I had to set the HT to 4X to keep the NIC drivers "installed".

Cheers, Trey.
