SN45 not posting

I got a good deal on a sn45, unfortunately at the moment its not posting. I have tried different cpu's, agp cards and different ram but still no luck. The machine turns on but their is no video signal detected anyone got any ideas?

Well I have tried:

crucial pc2100 , vdata 3200
athlonxp 2500+ 1.4ghz duron (newer core)
Mx400 and ti4200

I am sure its a DOA board unless you have any suggestions people?

Yo.

I just put together a Shuttle SB65G2 with a P4C 2.4gHz. It's a pretty black thing.

My first attempt at boot up was like yours: no video.

However, I did not hear a fan running. Clue.

I broke it back down, and plugged the fan into another connector. (I suspect that I had the thing plugged in wrong in the first place.)

It booted up just fine the second go round.

This model has built in WiFi.

The P4C overclocks magnificently.
