What kind of overclocks have you guys been getting on this XPC? How fast can I safely get my 3500+ Winchester with Arctic Silver Ceramique?

I have 2x512MB Corsair PC3200 TWINX1024LL if that matters.
 
Uhmm, I?m running at 270 by 9 with OCZ Rev 2's. 2.6 GHz is easy; the Shuttle won't hold you back. It is going to depend on your CPU completely, unless you got a very lucky CPU that over clocks to like 5 GHz or something.
 
What kind of settings can you get overclocking a 3500+ SAFELY. Maybe 5-10% under the limit. I don't know what settings/multipliers/etc. to use.
