For some reason my SMTP server is missing from IIS Control Panel and it is not an option to create a new one. Only FTP and Web comes op as option.
The SMTP Server works fine and runs under Services. I just can't change anything.
Any idea how I can get it back ?
I tried to reinstall it, but that didn't change anything. I don't want to reinstall IIS due to security.

Do you know when it disappeared ? I didn't realize when it happened. It may have been after SP2.
I also have Internet Anywhere Mail Server installed, but I don't run them at the same time because the two SMTP Servers conflict. That is actually the reason why I wanted to administer the SMTP Server via IIS Admin, so I could change the port it is running on so both SMTP Server could run at the same time.
