SMP users, has Interrupt Affinity Filter helped at all?

i set my hercules GTXP to only use one CPU, as well as my Radeon and NIC, i think the NIC is getting messed up now...gonna take that filter off.

your experiences?

I never set my NIC for that but the rest i have and notice some flakeyness but no crashes so i left it alone. If it aint broke don't try to fix it.

actually i was trying to get rid of some keyboard/mouse loss in games. someone recommended to kill the 2cpu for sound, video, and nic. nic did stir up trouble, i set it back to defualt and symptoms of bad inet conn are gone.
