So I made another this morning - ice, some milk, and a ton of mangoes :D

It wasn't bad at all, but I think that I need to add more fruits, bananas and strawberries next time.

Yep. I do almost the same except that I also add the whey protein. I use one of those hand blenders and drink from the same container. Less stuff to clean up.

I don' like yogurt, so I'd have to pour out most of the ones I've seen here. In years past, my smoothies were juice (no orange juice please) fruit, a small amount of milk/cream, 2 raw eggs, and 3-4 tablespoons of wheat germ. Blend well and drink...

With the salmonella problems that are possible with raw eggs, I've discontinued those, but still make them about the same way. SOMETIMES, I'll throw in a cup or two of coconut ice cream for a little extra flavor. (not enough to make a milk shake, just for flavor and extra creaminess)

Wait, so ice and fruit? No milk or anything? I've never tried making these before and so I don't really have any idea what I'm doing yet :p

I normally use bananas, blueberries, strawberries, oranges/peaches if I have any, and add in juice, a little milk, some ice cubes, (I forgo the ice if I use fruit I've frozen ahead of time) and a few spoonfuls of yogurt.
