It's meythlation, which isn't a permanent issue. It all depends on the sperm maturing at the time period you would have offending THC in your body.

The reason this isn't terribly conclusive one way or the other, is that methylation studies in themselves are generally very vague. Either there is simply a nonsynonymous mutation (meaning no effective change in amino acid sequence--so no effect whatsoever), or potentially positive or negative effect. Most meythlation studies give us a map of whether or not methylation is occurring at specific sites, or not--but often open about if this actually means anything.
