You can deliver nicotine whenever you want, in a warm sensation......a big complaint of most users with the patch and gum.

It also removes all smoke, tar, etc.......and it can be used in all environments....

Makes sense to me.
 
This would be cool if it were powered with compressed gas and made the Stimpack sound for marines and firebats from Starcraft Broodwar.

administering via IV is probably too strong of a hit.

Smoking it gradually feeds it into your body.

It's the same reason glaucoma sufferers can't pop THC pills or take a THC injection. It's just too much at once. They have to smoke a dooby to get a moderate dose over time.
