SMOKIN !!! Panasonic 32" TV $388 or less

Walmart has the CT32E13 for 388. Looks like the D12 version minus a few useless features. Circuitcity has it for 450 so do a pm and whammo 🙂 . Prob best deal you're gonna find on a nonflat 32"

I pic'd one up tonight actually for that same price. Couldn't pass up the chance to replace the 27" Sony in the livingroom with it and put the Sony in my computer office. It looks great, fit my entertainment center perfectly and it has great picture quality. I have a pic, but haven't uploaded anywhere yet.

If someoen wants to try it :

Circuit city lists the TV at 450 online and offers a $50 gift card with purchase of any largescreen tv $450 or up. What do we think about the chances of getting the giftcard then pming at a store ? It sounds like circuitcity's online price guarantee only applies against its own stores' prices versus their instore guarantee which applies to other people's stores. Thoughts ?

I'm lookinf for a TV about this size for our bedroom, whats up with the D12 version, and what features does this TV have?

I have bought a video card online through CC and pricematched it when I picked it up with Bestbuy, so it seems you can pricematch online. Is there still the MSN thing going on? that would make it really a hot deal.

Dunno if this is like my JVC, but had one major bummer:

I use the svideo input for everything, but got a new JVC DVD changer which I wanted to connect to the component input of the TV. However, if you use the svideo input, the manual says you can't use the component input.

On all the mid level panny's I believe, svideo is on one input and component on another. You can also connect a straight composite signal through one of the component jacks and it will autodetect it. I can verify all that with My ct27D11.

The one I got from Walmart is a flat screen. It's a model CT-32SC13. I can't find that on Pan's website though. It has the same round channel/volume control thing in the remote and the front looks the same. Mine is light grey, with silver around the screen. The CT-32SX12 on Panasonic's website looks just like it, except black. It's not HDTV or anything, but it's great for the price. I think it might have been a price mismatch though. I think they had left a 32" normal tube price tag up and had the 32" flat sitting there. When they rang me up, the bar code on the tag didn't even work...she had to override. Email me at dmw@avci.net if you want a pic.

email sent. I'm going to upload the pic...but not tonight/this morning...too tired to mess with it. I would definately think this should have been 597...I paid 520 for my Sony 27" and it's not a WEGA...that was 4 years ago and it does have PIP though. I can't use PIP with my directTV anyhow. The Sony looks great in the computer room though! 🙂 The TV does have a component input on Video1, then Svideo on Video2 and Video3 (front jack). I'm using Video1 for my wifes Super Nintendo, then my Pioneer receiver patches all my svideo stuff into Video2. I don't know if the speakers work in it yet...turned them off before I even hooked everything up. It does have 4 handles on it...which all 4 should be used, but if you are like me and not willing to wait for help to arrive, it can be moved around by 1...but not easily...unless maybe you goto the gym as much as I avoid it.

Not for that price.

I was at Circuit City the other day and saw plenty of flatscreens in that range. Granted, many were Apex, JVC, or Toshiba models.

If you have a choice between pan or toshiba. Get a toshiba.

Tho, I'm gonna try that deal @ my walmart. Maybe they will have the CT-32SC13 there.

I'm gonna go look for the flat screen today curved screens are just out now after doing some study a flat is the only way to go now....

i would buy it at full price and then price match after you get the gift card. they have a 30 day price guarentee i believe so you could get it for for $338, that is hot!

Problem is that it looks like their online price guarantee only applies to their pming your online purchase against their own stores for 30 days. It has different wording than the store policy which allows you to pm against other stores. So the problem is if I order the TV online is there anyway I can PM against Walmart.

Originally CC stocked this TV at 399.99. Then they raised the price and gave you the 50 dollar GC. This week they give you 50 off "instantly". I dislike this practice but at least the tv is still 400 and you can get 80 msn dollars on it right now.

HAven't looked at this stuff in a while but what exactly is MSN dollars ? Is this something different than their 'use our ISP' rebate ? I thought I saw somethign about using their payment service to get percentage off with microsoft wallet or whatever. Is this something different ? Just wondering where you came up with the 80 bucks.

I believe that he is talking about the Dads and Grads promotion that MSN is offering right now. At certain stores, you use MSN wallet and get 20% back in MSN Dollars. I, too, would liket to know more please. As in, can you use a combination of MSN Dollars and money, or only one or the other?
