Who, in their right mind, would pay 5 G's for some old card. Yes, it may look cool as an antique some day, but 5 grand?

Whats funny is that even though the spec for a fake videocard seemed unbelievable in its day all those chips combined couldn't touch a single chip gpu 3 generations ago.
 
pfft, 16-bit. I have an accelerated tandy graphics addin 8-bit isa card. 16 colors people! and all 16 can be on the pallet at ONCE! unfortunately the card is only 2mhz and has 32kb vram.
 
I always hate it when people put random shiat in their title just to gain the extra search pop-up. We all know thats not an 9800 or a x800 card, but yet he put it in the title anyways. I wish people would stop taking advantage of the system, or that eBay will start warning people of putting keywords into their titles that have nothing to do with the item at hand ... grrr /rant

Doesn`t Ebay have a listing fee based on your starting price? Why do people pay that much to throw stuff like that on Ebay.

They already do, it's called "keyword spamming" and it can get an auction cancelled if someone reports it.
