Smokers: Do you prefer smoking after eating?

Some of my friends like to have a cigarette right after eating. I don't really smoke but I did while I was on vacation in Europe. Smoking on a full stomach doesn't make me feel that good at all, a little nauseous. Smoking on an empty stomach felt much better.

I'm with you in that after I eat something and smoked afterwards, I usually got nauseous and threw up usually. I can smoke on a generally empty stomach but I still feel somewhat dizzy and influenced by the cigarette. This is among reasons I don't smoke.

Smoking isn't noticeably more satisfying after a meal than at any other time I get the urge to smoke. I do smoke after most meals, but I don't think that those smokes are preferable to other smokes.

I don't smoke, but I'd imagine that doing it before a meal would kill your sense of taste a little, right? In which case, it'd probably be a bad idea (unless you have to dine at Jack in the Box or something).
