i have a street legal jet powered car. i had the pistons engines removed as well as the transmission and installed a rebuilt jet engine to propel my car. I need to get it smogged so i can register it. So i go to smog center that specialize in doing smog checks for 4x4.
The mechanic placed my car under the rollers. my front tires were on the front rollers and my back tires on the back rollers. He pushes a button and the jets are on. as he slowly increases fuel and oxygen to the jet engines, the engine screamed to life The tires moved and the rollers moved, and i would guess that if my tires were not on those rollers, i estimate a speed of 25mph. but since they were, my car was motionless. Then he raise the fuel and oxygen level and the jets were screaming with anger and yet the car was still motionless, but the tires were rotating faster.
so i gave him my credit card, paid the bill and pass the smog check.
