I don't have an external modem yet. But i am considering buying the SMC Barricade 7004BR for file sharing till i get an external modem. Will it work in this fashion?
 
you should and better believe in JackMDS. he is the one who taking response for all of lynsys, SMC and network router in this forum 🙂
