It is $10 more than US Robotics Cable/DSL Router (same OEM) $49.95 @ outpost.com last month, but outpost.com raise the price to $99.95 three weeks ago, so $59.95 is not a bad deal at all.

I have used Barricade router (7004BR, old version) more than one year, it works great until I plugged the wrong power adapter (for SMC wireless Aceess Point) to it, DHCP failed and becomes a switch I ordered US Robotics Cable/DSL Router one month ago which was backordered, finally got the shipment comfirmation today. Anyway I think this is the best broadband router in the market.

I got the old 7400br router a year ago, and I have had no problems with it.

I have this baby running at my house and what I like about it is the built-in print server, and the RS232 COM port for fail-over dial-up or modem connections. You can connect an external serial modem to this thing and works like a charm.

I have old model too and it rocks but I like the new model with more functions.

I have the older barricade router, but I paid just as much as what the newer model normally costs. What sort of functions are in the newer model? If I hadn't bought it recently, i'd jump on this deal big time.
