didn't SP break up because Billy was being a dick/control freak/everything is MINE? then he goes to say
I want MY band back, and my songs, and my dreams.

everything is MY :p

Seems like SP was mostly a solo project anyway (or a project with Billy and Jimmy). Billy wrote almost all the songs, told everyone how to play their parts, and even recorded over them (Siamese Dream). I don't see how a reformed SP would sound any better than Zwan, because the 'new' Billy (he admits he doesn't recognize the person he was in the early 90's) can't write a good tune.

At least Zwan had Paz Lenchantin to look at. Hmm, D'arcy or Paz?

Well there were so many issues within the band with Zwan...Billy still acknowledges that he can write hit alt-rock songs, but that was SP and not Zwan or his solo album. I'd love to hear him back in action again.

BILL IS GOD!

I liked Zwan. If they can't bring back D'Arcy, there's always Paz, but she's in a band right now. I would bang both of them.

if they can recreate a little bit of the magic from Gish & SD, i'll tune in. they have a sound of their own, i hope to hear it again in some new tunes. some of the riffs are just !

I just hope he dumbs down the music a bit. SP was great in the early days, but the music got too complex and they started to drown themselves out. It's what happens to musical genius....you add layer after layer on until you can't hear any of them...blah! I just hope they don't make that mistake again...that was the rudimentary problem that caused their downfall.
