Haha, I had one today. But I ate it as a snack. The one I had only had like 140 calories, hardly a meal. If you're going to eat them as a meal make sure they aren't the only thing you eat for the meal. Maybe a banana or a cup of yogurt on the side, something else with calories but good calories.
