Yeah, nice for an MP3 player, but if you have a digicam, buying TWO 32 meg cards you have the option of off loading the smartmedia onto Iomega "clik" disks if you want to pick up a drive.

32 megs holds a lot of pictures, and carrying a spare 32 isn't an inconvience.

(EDIT)

Just realized that the VISA rebate is only good on a SINGLE item with a closing price of $100 or more, which means that it wouldn't apply if you ordered two 32's. The 64meg IS the best deal.

i dunno about off loading into a click drive.. mainly cause the name, and iomega dropped it i think...

But a good deal, i did this a couple weeks back, 64MB in the nomad II :)

Girdogg,

Does the MX-1200 support 64MB smartmedia (and above)? I have both a Nomad II and the Fuji MX-1200. I might purchase this 64MB media if it is indeed supported by both devices.

Thanks,

yah I had called fujifilm before purchasing the camera and they assured me the m-1200 supports 64mb smartmedia. 128 won't be out until early next year probably (and it'll be really pricey) so I got the 64. 128mb worth of pictures would be a ton!
