Palm Desktop version 4.1....When I try to print my database ADDRESSES, I get a message:

MEM_BAD_POINTER
I am using Canon Printer i560
OS XP Home
512MB memory
I have gone to tech support with Palm & with Canon to no avail. Any help is appreciated.
