funny thread. me, my son, and my daughter all have "genius" IQs and are in gifted programs in school(well, i was when in school). my wife barely missed it. so shes the "dumb" one.
 
I think most people would say that I'm smarter then her.

Although we're different, left side/right side of the brain. I forget which is which, but shes just as smart if not smarter on one of her sides as I am on the other.

Hopefully our children will get both sides and be superpeople.
 
Wifey McGee is s-m-r-t. We both have degrees but she's uber book smart in areas such as science, math, etc. Everything I learned in skewl is kinda out the window now since it was mostly humanities, english, philosophy and really never applied to my current line of work. I guess like some other responders, I would say I have better common sense / street smarts.

We're both kinda smart but in different areas. So I voted equal.
 
We compliment each other well. She has a very high analytical skills. I have the common sense. We make up for each others weaknesses.
 
I am smarter than my SO.

However, she is smart in her own ways too. She knows more crap about purses, famous people, clothing, than I will ever know.

I'm with you on that. My SO... sometimes.. yeah I'll leave it at that incase she ever sees this.

she's doing her PhD while i'm doing a master's

i would say she's smarter b/c of her higher GMAT scores as well
 
My wife tells people I'm smarter, but in reality there are plenty of ways in which she's smarter than me.
 
My g/f is in med school (after getting a double major and double minor in three years) and I'm working on my fifth year of undergrad (it's going to take me 6 years total). I'd say she's smarter.
 
since everyone is bragging about how their SO is in med school and smarter, I'l go ahead and say I'm smarter since I'm going to med school.

Well I say it is good people are going to med school. More Dr's about can only be a good thing imo. Huge shortages in England etc and rest of the world.
