I actually think MDs are still in high demand in the US. It will be even higher especially w/ the baby boomers retiring soon.

I would say equal. I am good with logic, mechanical things, and history / lliterature. She's a people person. She does PR and some marketing for a local company. If we were one person, we could laugh in the face of MENSA. 🙂

There are really stupid people in medical school, I know quite a few. Going to med school doesn't automatically make you smart. I'm a moron, I'm going to Vanderbilt Medical School, there's your proof.

I am probably smarter in terms of understanding causal relationships, She is much smarter in terms of soaking up information and spewing detailed information at the drop of a hat.

Well I say it is good people are going to med school. More Dr's about can only be a good thing imo. Huge shortages in England etc and rest of the world.

Your nurses wear shorter skirts and probably more fit then English nurses and hence the lack of Doc's about 😛

But it is to do with the long hrs the Doc's do and the general lack of everything else and the Doc's going private.
