Technically, it is a repost. Somebody else pointed out that it got canned in the first thread. 😛
 
I don't know if even a search would have helped here, as it usually doesn't. The only thing that is even a possible search string from the other thread title is "DARPA," which isn't exactly the first word you'd think to search for.

Ambiguous thread titles lead to reposts despite attempts to search.
