Can a person with a tablet see what is on a Smart Board in a different location? Can they interact with the board?

Assume the board is a Smarttech and the tablet is a Surface Pro 2.

yes it is posible to handle a smart board with your tablet.Many application are available in the internet that provide these types of facilities.
