Smallville special effects(or something like it): !VID included!

Here is a pathetic attempt to do the smallville type running thingy. If you look at the first running, I used photoshop and used ghosting and layered some of the videos so it looks more solid. I think im missing something pathetic attempt, ignore all the other stuff, i was on crack. please give suggestions
