I might watch it this summer since there's nothing but re-runs.

Just about the only new show is FX's "Rescue Me".

i live in chino. the prison is the best part. i mean really, because of the prison, chino is a pretty well known city. it is brought up almost exclusively when rappers talk about a prison ("No more indo, gin and juice | I'm on my way to Chino, rollin on the grey goose"), it was mentioned on last night's "the shield" (glenn close threatens to send anthony anderson's son to chino where he'll be murdered by the inmates), sideshow bob talks about it on a simpsons episode (WARDEN: "Hey, hey lights out!" | BOB: "Oh, honestly. At Chino they get to stay up 'til nine!" | WARDEN: "Now Bob, I've talked to the warden at Chino and that's just not true."), and the list goes on and on. sure it's still in the 909 and the valley of the dirt people, but hey, we can't all be winners.

Neither did I. Smallville on average on Wednesday nights pulls in about a 1.5 rating, whereas Joey pulls in on average on Thursday nights about a 2.7 rating. Put Smallville on Thursday nights and watch that 1.5 plummet.
 
I don't understand how people who watch tv can live without a tivo/dvr.

it changed my life 🙂 truthfully, I couldn't tell you when 95% of the shows I watch are actually on. they just randomly appear on my dvr for my viewing as far as I'm concerned.

Smallville has sucked such balls lately. All WB shows have really. It's definitely gonna be The OC for me with the little blue froggy catching Smallville if I hear it's a good one.

This is the second or third time they've changed Smallville's timeslot.

I'm angry that they had to resort to killing off two characters, moving another one away, moving one away at the beginning of the season then bringing him back at the end, and I dunno who else I may have missed. The fact that they killed off a new character within what? 6 weeks? is ridiculous. And they had Lindsey move away and Ryan move on in like 2 seconds, which was inconsistent with how things were going up to that point.

I dunno, the storyline is usually pretty good, but to me character shifting so much shows weakness.

Why?, every year is the same damn thing with that show:
1) cliffhanger at season finale
2) next season premier, barely touch on last season's finale
3) go into freak of the week mode
4) have another "cliffhanger"

I miss Anna and Lindsey.
 
Because they couldn't compete with 'Lost'? LOL, I can't even remember if they were going up against 'Lost' or 'Alias' this season but regardless, Smallville was a torrented/tivoed show for me.
