Smallest Mini-ITX Case Out There - No Optical Drive Bay, etc.

Looking for an extremely small mini-ITX case - one without an optical drive bay, and probably without a power supply (i.e. using a brick power cord). The Egg does not have any, and Amazon's search function is a disaster.

Is there anywhere else I should look, or does anyone know of any cases that fit the bill?

First you ask for smallest, then you complain it is too small. A Lot depends on the type of power supply and the size of the CPU Cooler. Some people will say the exhaust fans are too small and will fail.

The external power brick can be more expensive than a larger case with a full-size power supply. The best option is it has a 120mm fan, and can fit a small water cooler for the CPU.

The CM 110 Elite is a pretty nice size. Not the smallest, but it accepts an ATX power supply.
