Smallest LCD Screen

Got the grand kids here and they are taking a nap and I need some adult conversation! LOLOL
We all see and talk about those 19 inch, 23 inch screens and so on.
What about a 3 inch screen???
Why??? Say I build one of the home theater pc's shown in the current article here on Anandtech.
Now, I want to listen to music stored on a hard drive on my network or just log on to a internet radio station.
Why fire up that 60 inch plasma tv just to select some music when you can use a little 3 inch monitor???
Are there 3 inch or other smaller monitors out there that can be used?
Again,, this is just a random post to get some info.

There's this, which would not require you to ditch your current case. Ridiculously pricey though.

What about getting a 3" LCD from a phone or something. I know my phone has a 2.8" VGA (640x480) screen. Would be pretty sweet.
