Smallest laptop w/ built in ethernet?

What's the smallest laptop currently available for purchase in the USA that has:

- Current gen. processor (AMD A series APU or Haswell based Core, Pentium, Celeron)
- Built in ethernet port
- Preferrably ~11" screen


This is going to be used for work:
- Some VMWare
- Remote Desktop
- Active Directory and MS SCCM


I need a built in ethernet port because there isn't a wifi network in place yet (because Compliance, Risk and Security are too paranoid to put one in) for internal users. The public wifi at work is on a different network from the network I need to be on to use the applications I listed above. Also, the public wifi signal only reaches certain areas, otherwise I'd just be VPNing into our internal network through the public wifi.

The only thing I can find is the Lenovo ThinkPad X140e which isn't even available yet. Lenovo has a ThinkPad Edge E145, but it looks to be available in Europe only.

Anyone have any recommendations?
 
ethernet port is found on every laptop, only ultrabooks and tablets don't have one but they come with adapter instead
 
What's wrong with using either USB or Thunderbolt ethernet adapters?

Now I can look at that Dell XPS11 again or maybe even the Surface Pro. 2.

If throughput is a concern, look at USB3 and Thunderbolt based adapters, as those will support 10/100/1000 speeds.
 
HP Elitebook 2170p has an ethernet port. And it's pretty small. Light. Kinda chunky looking, but I guess you can't have everything.
 
Dell Inspiron 11 3000 is what you want. It's on the Microsoft store for cheaper than Dell plus none of the bloatware.
 
Not sure if you want Temash A-series APUs, but this Aspire V5-122p-0637 is a budget option with Ethernet.

Otherwise, for a Haswell system, you'll probably need to fork over some serious dough for the laptop and, since manufacturers seem rather stingy, a RAM upgrade to 8 or more GBs. This Sony Vaio Pro 11 is an example.

I don't have much experience with MacOS. Would have to check if all there is a MacOS version of all the applications I have to run.
 
You can install Windows on Macbook Airs with Boot Camp, although it might not be issue-free. It seems that Windows 7 does not have the drivers to support USB 3.0 on the latest Airs.
