Smallest decent digital camera?

I'm looking for the smallest decent camera around, something like a PowerShot, but smaller, if possible? I'd really love it to fit in a jean pocket, and not be "bulgy," so thin is good 🙂. Quality isn't as important as size, but I'd still like clean shots, especially considering I'll be viewing pics on a very big monitor. No brand preference, but my mom owns a Canon PowerShot, and my dad owns a Sony Cybershot, and I like them both 😛.

I do have a Nikon D70 for real shooting, though 🙂.

Thanks!

The slim Casio Exilims (I think it's the Sx00 series) are quite thin, and look great. I'd pick them over Sony, but I'm not sure if there's a quality difference or not. Actually, Sony is probably better, but whatev.

I think I'm going to go with the Casio EX-S600. It's the slimmest one I can find (which is important since it'll always be in my pocket), and Amazon has it for $226 🙂.
