Whats a good workout machine that i can fit in a small 12x7 room. I'm moving into a smaller place, and starting school again, and there isn't a close enough gym. I was thinking bowflex but dont know how good they actually are. Can someone recommend some good equip?

My university has a variety of classes built around this. I always kinda looked down on the TotalGym system... but I tried the Gravity System out the other day and I actually really liked it. Might even buy one eventually to train older populations privately. The only thing that sucks is it only goes up to 59% bodyweight. No clue if there are aftermarket parts like plates or something to add additional weight.

It may not be the coolest thing, but I like my Total Gym, hey if it's good enough for Chuck and Christy...🙂

I've had mine for several years and it's just really convenient for a daily workout, especially during the winter or a rainy week. It's quick and easy to set up and break down and slide out of the way. I use it and a resistence trainer with the bike when I can't get outdoors.
