Small Temp. Problem.

I recently received the PEP66 + Delta Kit from Cool2Tek. Im running a 700e @ 933 1.65 voltage with an ABIT BX Rev 2 and MS-Slotket.

Bios saids temperature is 39 C

and Motherboard monitor: High 45C Low: 35C

Are these temps right? I think I messed up applying the thermal paste 🙁

BTW. I just have ONE case fan 🙁
 
No, trust both.

The bios temp is neither 100% cpu load, nor is it 0% cpu load. It is something probably around 60%. By providing the MBM readings from inside windows, you can tell that cpu temp varies(which it does), going from Full CPU Load to Idle.
