Small SP2 problem

I recently formatted and reinstalled XP Pro on my 2 comps and went straight to SP2 using the network client. Anyway, everything installs and runs fine but when I went to run radlinker and oc my 9800 Pro, winzip gave me this message when I clicked on the installer "It does not look like your system is configured to view this file." I have not been able to find anything on this anywhere...
