Small problem with my ATI 9800 Pro.

For some reason recently in 3D games (city of heroes, asheron's call 2) my 9800 Pro has been doing this weird thing. When I start moving my character left or right, or in circles, the video seems to have a slight ripple horizontally. It is hard to explain but it is kindof like it is reloading the screen from top to bottom. It does not happen at all when I move forwards or backwards, just when I turn my avatar. Any suggestions? It's probably not worth RMA'ing and I'm not even sure if it's an acceptable reason to.

Are you using an LCD or CRT? I notice that sometimes also. Not all games though think it's normal.

Its a CRT. Dell M991. It is something that I would probably consider normal under most circumstances, but the fact that it just recently starting happening puzzles me.

Any more suggestions. The more I play games like this the more it gets on my nerves. I may call ATI tech support and ask them. The card is less than a year old.
